Looking for opinions on my letters of rec. I have gotten references from
-a professor from my major
-volunteer coordinator from my volunteer/shadow location
-human resources director of previous employer
-faculty member from my college, I babysit for her children often

I do not have an OT as a reference-- will this hurt my application?? Any thoughts are appreciated!

(None of the schools I am applying to explicitly state that an OT rec letter is required)

I think you should try to get a letter of recommendation from an OT because a lot of the schools do state that one of the letter should be from an OT.

Agreed with the user above. This letter verifies that you actually spent time with an OT and established a positive relationship in which they would recommend you for the job.

I think if you're able to get an OT reference you should. It helps you stand out and I personally think it'll better your chances.
