So long story short, I have three LORs lined up from OMFS faculty.
My Group Practice Director (who is a GP) seems to like me alot and even offered to write me a letter if I need it.
He has gone out of the way to advocate for my cause in getting time off for externships in the past and he is very supportive overall.
I have a feeling he would be able to write a detailed letter about my character and qualitative traits seeing that I interact with him every day in clinic
Would it be okay to get a fourth letter from my non-OMFS Group Practice Director or is this frowned upon/outright useless?
I would appreciate some input ! Thank you

I did the same thing when I applied. 3 omfs faculty and my group leader who was a gp, who knew me well and worked with me everyday. I think it’s a good combo.

So it seems that the number of maximum letters on PASS is 5. In this case, it it safe to assume that getting five letters is okay? I see on program websites that they require 3 letters. Does this mean that they require a minimum of three letters and will read up to five as stated on PASS?
