Hi all, it's been several months since I've asked for letters of recommendation. One out of three have been uploaded as of today. How do I go about prodding the other 2 letter writers without being rude or intrusive?

Thanks in advance

By either stopping by their office, calling or sending an email stating something like, "I realize you've been terribly busy and probably haven't had much time to work on my LOR, but the deadline is approaching and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to help you get the letter out?"

Consider asking their secretary if the letter has been dictated - perhaps the administrative personnel is where the gum up is.
