Hello,

So I am planning to apply for Family medicine this year and I'd like to use a letter from a pediatrician that I worked with, but in the letter he mentioned "recommend to any pediatrics program".
I wonder if it is ok to use such a letter for FM?

Did you not waive your right to see the letter, or did he show it to you anyway?

I suggest you politely ask him to change it. FM programs will probably wonder why you have a letter indicating interest in pediatrics.
