Letters to Use

MSIV getting ready to submit my application in a few days, and I wanted to ask if anyone had recommendations on letters to use. Currently I'm waiting for my anesthesia lett and a critical care pulmonary letter o be turned in and I have letters from an IM and OB/GYN. My question is should I submit the app with just one letter and wait for the anesthesia and cc letters, submit my two currents and then only the anesthesia letter later, or all four? Any thought? Thanks for the help.
