I am applying next year and I go to a liberal arts division III college in illinois. (Monmouth) Bio major chem minor; Do dental schools appreciate a well rounded education at a liberal arts school or would they rather you have went to a state school or university. The dental schools in IL should recognize the school but other ones I will apply to definetly won't. Just curious what people thought.

No not any different. Just wondered when evaluating GPA if it mattered university or liberal arts background

The only reason it would matter is because you would probably take less science courses than a science major. I actually edited a PS for someone with a liberal arts major and they addressed it in their PS because I guess they thought that ADCOMS cared. So, maybe. Anyways I have an example of that.

This sure did not sound very "No not any different."

To answer your question it is a matter of opinion and nobody knows
