Well, i would like to say two things here.

First : Please post your question in English. Not in SMS language.

Second: Check out the states listed on ADA and browse the official websites for practicing in those particular states. As far as I know, even Minnesota which had a "without DDS/DMD practice clause" is no longer there. Most states require Foreign Trained Dentists to complete a two/three year DDS/DMD program+ Licensure exam/s to practice. Only if the international school that you come from is accredited by ADA, you can practice in the US without having to take all these exams and courses.

go through this link. It is by ADA. They have summarized at the end of the list about the state requirements. I hope this answers your question of why people have to do it the long and hard way instead of the "easy way out"
