Hello everyone,

I was wondering if you could help me clarify license transfer vs. NAPLEX score transfer.
I believe if you want to obtain a pharmacist license in another state, you have to take the state specific law exam whether you license transfer or NAPLEX score transfer.
Is there a benefit of doing one over the other?
Also, is license reciprocation the same as license transfer?

I've done my own homework, and I'm going to answer my own questions but I was wondering if you could confirm or clarify that I have it right...

1) Both can be used to get licensed in another state
2) Even if you're licensed in one state, no state let you get licensed without taking the state specific law exam
3) When you transfer a license, some states require the original license to be active
4) Some states don't accept certain state licenses for transfer
5) Hence NAPLEX score transfer is a better option (although you have to do it within 90 days of the day you took the NAPLEX)
6) License transfer and reciprocation are same thing
7) Anything else I should know?

Thank you.
