If you graduate from a reputable caribbean school such as St. George or Ross, is there some kind of exam you have to take once in the US to get an American medical license since carribean grads, as far as i know, are considered foreign grads?

Here we go, Doesn't matter Which school in the Caribbean, many are Reputable.
There are a few that do not have proper charters and proper schools.


Bottom line if a school is WHO, ECMFG and IMED listed you can sit for the USLME
and be licensed after a residency. Too many people think that people in the US care about which school, more than half have no idea of the names of the Caribbean schools and the other half have no clue that they exist.

It is changing but very very slow.
