Does attending a school in a certain state ensure licensure in that particular state?

Essentially, would it be best to attend a program in a state one hopes to eventually practice in OR does it not necessarily matter? I plan to attend a school in Massachusetts, however I hope to practice in another state. Any advice appreciated!

No - depends on what state you want to practice in. Went to school in California, but since I am in residency in WA - got my license there (cheaper and faster)
