On my resume, should I list my rotation sites or is that going to make it too long of a resume? Instead, should they go on the CV?

And for the LinkedIn profile, should rotation sites go under Experience or Summary?

I listed mine under a section called "pharmacy practice rotations", placed right after work experience. Included: date, nature of the rotation (e.g MICU), rotation site, preceptor. something like this, but formatted
========================================.
. .April 2010 Acute Care – Oncology.
.XYZ Medical Center.., Middle of nowhere, Ohio.
. Preceptor: Joe smith, Pharm.D. BCOP

This is on your resume? That's the thing, I found it easy to place it into a section in LinkedIn but listing the 4 IPPEs and 6 APPEs I've completed so far with that information is gonna make it go beyond 1 page.

People at my school love linkedin. Not really sure what it's supposed to do for you (maybe just one more social network where you can reach your professional connections readily?).

CV and resume are different. CV list everything you have done, school, posters, publications, honors.... Resume you pick and choose the most essential info, trying to keeping it 1 page. Quite frankly, I haven't had to use a resume since undergrad, when you apply for jobs or residencies, everyone wants to see your CV.

Yeah I need to get started on that.

Definitely put a CV together and make sure somebody looks at it. If you're using LinkedIn for actual job prospects, you're in for a long road. If you're making a profile for school, just put whatever fills the requirements down and don't waste your time thinking about it.
