Does anyone have a list of the big wigs at each school? Or perhaps we could compile one and people could put down maybe their home programs and programs they visited. We could write like "big wig name" and specialty area and maybe a tidbit about why they are a big wig.

While I'm not knowledgable enough to annoint anyone that title, my guess is that if you pick up a copy of JID or JAAD, you should be able to get an idea by looking at the editorial boards. That should give you a feel for some of the better known names in investigative and clinical dermatology respectively.
