Are there any DO schools that don't require a letter from a physician?

PCOM requires only one letter. It MUST be from: the dean of the school, a pre-med advisor, or a department head. It must state that you are a student (or graduated) in good standing, and have no violations (academic or behavioral) on your record.

They will take physician letters, but only the school letter is required.
