There is an interview feedback database on SDN. Click the "Pharmacy" tab, and you will find it under "Resources." When you find the interview feedback thread for the specific school you are applying to, do what I did and write down all the questions from every single interview, no matter how old. Formulate your answers and practice them. I would have bombed my interview if I hadn't done this.
Some interview questions I've had are:
Why pharmacy?
Why this school?
Have you ever made a mistake? What did you do to fix it?
Is there anything else about you that you want me to tell the admissions committee?
Tell me/us about yourself
Have you ever showed leadership in any capacity? How?
What would you fix about the profession when you become a pharmacist?
Have you ever had a conflict with a colleague/coworker? What did you do about it?
What do you know about the pharmacy profession?
Others (not pharmacy) are:
Describe your most rewarding experience
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
If there was one thing you could change about yourself, what would it be?
In the healthcare team, who is most important, the practitioner or the patient?
