Hi,
I'm applying MD PhD only this cycle and I've been feeling panicky about getting accepted somewhere because of my stats. My primaries went in, should I add/change schools I'm applying to since my application hasn't been verified yet?

research: 2 years in biochemistry lab, 1 year in another, 1 year during gap year

I was originally thinking of applying to only mid-tier and low tier schools, but my prehealth advisor encouraged me to a lot of higher ranked schools as well...hence the large number of schools. I'm trying to be especially conservative because I know that the competition is difficult.
