AADSAS asks to list schools to which one has applied in prior cycles. What are your experiences? Do you list every school you applied to? Does it affect the re-applicant in any way?

Schools can probably find out so you never want to lie (or stretch the truth). Many reapplicants get in so I think you will be fine.
I was told by AADSAS to either list the schools or just put the number of schools I have applied to before. Also, I was accepted but did not enroll for personal reasons in one school and was wondering if I should indicate that.

just think this way, you put down all the schools that you applied to in the previous cycle and if you are applying to them again, i think you'll give them a better impression as they think that you are really serious about them and that's why you're applying to them again.
