Anyone have any experience with MARS or one of the other liver protocols yet? I'd be interested to see what other people are doing with medication dosing (specifically sedation/analgesia/antimicrobials, but other things are welcome as well).
I had my first experience with it in a train-wreck of an overdose the other day and really had to fly by the seat of my pants with it. Real interesting stuff and I think it's going to become a lot more common as physicians stop viewing it as a treatment of last resort.
