Need house and pet sitter in lieu of rent.
Recent masters of eduation graduate looking to rent out room in my home while I work out of town.
Available:
Spacious master bedroom (very private/quiet) with huge closet and private bathroom in Livonia, MI.
Centrally located, 20/30 minutes from downtown Detroit, Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor, Windsor, Ontario hospitals, and easy freeway access (I275 & I96).
Other shared rooms include: large basement with storage space, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and 2 car shared garage.
Many extras to home including:large fenced yard with deck, washer/dryer, central a/c, dishwasher, and more. House is also home to two dogs (outdoor/indoor) and three cat (indoor). Very quiet, particularly when I work out of town.
Must be willing and able to house/dog sit and maintain home in exchange for rent; however, tenant must pay all utilities and water, cable TV, Internet services that they use while I am gone. No lease -- however, Michigan landlord tenant laws apply and requires "reasonable" intent to move out which is usually 30 days notice from either party.
Security deposit and last months utility payment required upon moving in. Background check is also required.
