LLU Secondary Application HELP!

Does anyone know if the observation hours form from your dentist has the same deadline of 8/26 as the secondary application? Thanks in advance!!!

I believe you can send them after your secondary deadline. I called LLU just to make sure what they want before they can process your application:

-Secondary application online w/ fee paid
-an additional LOR from a religious leader
-a seperate proof of shadowing form from each dentist you shadowed (for me I turned in 3 seperate forms all signed by the dentists I shadowed)
-An LOR from a dentist can replace the "employment LOR"

I think thats it. The only thing that has to be in on time is the fee and the secondary, just be sure to send the other stuff pretty soon after. Good luck to you!

People, is anyone aware of LLU making exceptions to their secondary application's deadline? I received my secondary app on July 1st at 9:00am. After completing most sections of it I encountered a group of supplemental questions which required thoughtful responces. The form stipulated that the deadline was July 1 by 11:59 pm and I was to submit the application fee after. I assumed that I had an extension due to conversations with Cindy at LLU. She has assured me that I would have until the first week of July to complete the suplemental questions. Anyone else in the same vote as me? Currently, I am locked out of the online LLU application page.

Hi do you know if its a requirement to give our DAT scores, sGPA, and oGPA to our church leader for them to fill out on their questionare? Thanks!

i seriously doubt it. i certainly didn't, but that was many moons ago.
