I have a Three bedroom one bath house for rent in the Harrogate, TN. area. It's located approx. 15 min. from the LMU Campus. The house is located in a very quite and secluded area. It's part of a ninety acre farm. This is a smoke free house with no carpet. The flooring is tile and engineered flooring.
The bedrooms, bathroom , and living room has been newly remodeled. All windows, exterior doors, and interior doors have been newly replaced.
It is supplied with spring water from a very prolific spring. It has a wood burning stove in the living room for back up heat and also for the enjoyment of watching a fire. It comes with central heating and air.
It also has a large covered car port and over sized covered porches. It come with refrigerator, stove, and high efficiency washer and dryer. There's a small out building for additional storage.
