Hi guys
I'm sorry because of my basic questions.
I'm a bit confused about lymph node management in oral cavity/ oropharynx / hypo pharynx cancers.
For example
what's the indications of ENI in well lateralized early stage oral cavity cancer treated with definitive RT? And if this patient prefers resection of primary tumor is lymph node dissection needed?

Look at the post-op path. Margins, grade, thickness of invasion etc can all play a role in recurrence risk and consideration for ENI/adjuvant Tx.
