hey guys.. for Canadian students that are atttending BU, can u please tell me how u arrenged the tuitions, What do I need to do. which bank should I go to. Should I take my acceptance letter with me. Do I need a cosigner, if so how much my cosigner should make to be eligible. I am not sure if I can get the loan. Did you guys ever hear of someone who got accepted after all this hard work and could not get the loans.....can you guys please help me regarding this questions, thanks.🙁

Hi there,

You can apply for a loan at a bank like Royal bank, but I think the maximum is 100k for ALL four years, not each year, which will not be enough for BU. (I may be wrong, but I think that's the maximum)

So if you have a credible co-signer, you can apply for Canhelp which is a Teri loan. This is the only American loan company that caters to Canadians and it's a good deal. You are able to get up to 45k US/year, plus a flexible pay-back deal.

To apply for this loan, you will have to submit proof of your income or co-signers income, plus an application that you can request for online.
