Guys,
I tried searching but there was little on this. Any info on specific loans to pay for residency tuition and instruments needed such as microscope, etc. I saw a citibank loan but the limit is $18,000 and sallie mae is $10,000. Any help would be appreciated. I'm looking at about $60,000 just for tuition and fees.

I thought non-former-OEC schools were just as expensive these days. Although OP said "microscope" so I'm guessing he's looking at endo programs, not ortho. Either way, I have no idea how students finance sky-high tuition residencies these days if their only source of money is loans.

You get offered Grad Plus loans.

Thanks for the input. Tuition and fees is $30K. The rest is for other things and a microscope.

By the way, whats an OEC school?
