Does anyone know if I have to actually take a class to receive salliemae loans for summer? I want the loans but my mcat studying would sure be better if I didn't have to take one pointless class just to get loans

It's my understanding you have to be enrolled in at least one class to receive loans. At my school they will not redistribute loans to include summer term until after registering for a summer class. I'm not 100% sure if this is for every school.
