Hello, I'm encountering a real problem locating an open residency.
I am an IMG, and am running up against institutional bias, and separate requirements. I have ECFMG Certificate, passed USMLE1&2. But have two unsuccessful years of trying. I would love Family Medicine, but my search has included all specialties.
Geography is not an issue. Are there any suggestions?
