Lock after payment?

I'm about to submit my app and it says that evaluations will be locked after I submit, but I was told that I can add letters of recommendation later on? Does anybody know if it's only locked temporarily, or if I'll have to end up using interfolio or something for my letters later on?

you can still add the letters, but the ones that have been recieved are locked, but the ones pending you can still change and still add more! I just submitted mine today!

Thanks so much! I just submitted anyways haha.. It said something about having to receive payment before my submission is considered "complete," do you know what that means?

I think it means you wont be verified until your payment is recieved and ur transcripts!

this might be a stupid question, so I apologize in advance, but if I paid with credit card, how will I know if they received the payment or not?
