Locked Evaluations

Before I finished paying the application prompted that "Evaluations" would be locked after the application is submitted. Does anyone know if this means that I could not add another evaluator after submission? I currently only have three. I may want to add another after submission.

yeah I thought you couldn't add anymore after you submit but I would call aadsas to make sure

I've submitted the application already but the evaluations aren't locked, like you could add a new evaluator and you can even delete an evaluator.
