Locums after graduation - PSLF?

So, if I were to do locums after graduation, would i completely lose out on my PSLF eligibility? Does it matter if I am MSP? What are my options? Can I continue after where I left out if I find the right gig after doing locums for a few months?

PSLF eligible jobs/payments can be non-consecutive. So you can start back up where you left off if you find an eligible job.
