Ok, so I had my manager at the hospital write me a letter of recommendation and she let me see the letter and I noticed that she signed the letter with the wrong credentials. She signed it with "BSN" but she does have her MSN. Would a letter look better coming from someone with a master's degree instead of a bachelors degree. I could easily have her fix this, I was just wondering if it would look better to an adcoms.

No, I don't think a degree would have much bearing. Moreso the position that the person is in and above all, the content of the letter. So don't worry about minor things like that!
