Ive been volunteering at a dental office for a couple of months and Ive asked the dentist I work for to write me a LOE. He said he would and asked me to jot down a list of important things I might want to him to address in his LOE. Now I have many ideas myself, but I was hoping others could share some ideas as to what should be included in a dentist's LOE. Thanks.
