I currently have Bio, Chem, and Research LOEs completed.

Although I've shadowed Dental practice, I was only shadwing graduate student who is now at residency program. (I don't think he will be a good reference yet...)

Would LOE from another Research better or another Bio better?

Appreciate your reply.

If you look at the websites for some of the schools, they have specifically mentioned what kind of letters they need. Most schools want:
-2 letters from science professors
-1 From a dentist
-1 From the person of your choice (Manager at work, Mentor, etc.)

Some schools like Loma Linda are weird enough to ask for a letter from a priest.

If there's no way for you to get a letter from a dentist, I suggest you get one from another science professor, rather than your research supervisor. Some dental schools simply don't care about research!

If you are applying to Minnesota, I believe they require one from an employer, if Im not mistaken.
