Above all, we wish everyone success in the match this year. If for some reason you do find yourself with new options after match day, you may want to consider applying for a research fellowship. Completing a dedicated year of research with multiple publications can greatly improve your chances of success in any subsequent match cycles.
At Loma Linda University, we will have an opening for a one year paid full-time research fellowship position. You will have the opportunity to engage in scholarly pursuits which will lead to presentations at regional and national meetings, work closely with clinical faculty, and scrub in on interesting plastic surgery cases.
