hi everybody ,
i just wrote a detailed thread onthe interview and it got erased somehow. so here i go again. 🙂 🙂 the projects as they call thm,were easy . i didnt get through though
the interview was on sunday oct 10. 4 projects were to be done. the test started with us registering our names. thn they give a number which we have to use allthe time duringthe test. 2 projects are to be done inthe morning session,thn an hour lunch break(u pay for ur own food) andthn 2 projects inthe afternoon session. each project is an hour and a half long.afterthe test is overthey give u a tour ofthe school(well only the IDP clinic). thn they announcethe 32 numbers andthts it ,u can go home if ur number is not announced.
the projects were
1. carvethe letter T and U (etch out) 6mm wide and 1 mmdeep , from a plaster cube. they r very particular about the measurements
2 . wire bending.(thers a small demo for this) they give a design on paper and u have to bend the wire to tht design ,exact measurements. this gets real tricky
3 . clay .model a mandibular molar from clay. they give aplastic model.
4 . make a cube out of 6 cm sticks and and stick it with sticky wax. (demo given)
be careful with this one. it can crumble.

Do they let u know immediately whether u have been selected or not?

Can you please post your stats . I was not invited for interview . I just want to know my stand .To improve my scores and modify my resume????? I don't have a work experience in North America , but do have in my home country . Do they take that into consideration for call for interview . DO REPLY .
