Hi!
Me and my roommate need to lease a furnished 1 or 2 bedroom apartment for 2 months (May-June). Utilities, a/c, walking distance to a Metro station (blue/orange lines to get to Foggy Bottom) and internet access must be included. If it has a washer/dryer it would be even better. My best friend (also a medical student) and I would be occupying the apartment, we are very responsible and non-smokers. We are going to be taking the Kaplan course for Step 1 in GWU so we need an apt that is commutable by Metro. Our budget is around $1,800/month.
