I am a resident in another specialty who just saw the light and would like to switch into Anesthesia. If anybody knows of any position for July 2013, please let me know. Thank you!

Which would you recommend to contact?

All of them. There a lot of programs and most of them are medium to large programs. Chances are someone may have a change of heart, open spots. My residency had 5 or 6 people transfer out to different specialties, transfer to other anesthesia programs, ask to resign, etc. so spots open up. Due diligence and contact the programs.
