The musculoskeletal block at my school was quite challenging and what I do not recall very well is a lot of the innervation, action, blood supply of certain muscles. Is there a resource somewhere or a way to best remember all of this?

I don't know which anatomy book you have used (Netter's seems to be a favorite), but Grant's Anatomy, in my opinion, better covers this type of thing. It has more tables in each section discussing vasculature and nerves. Of course Haines is go to for neuroanatomy specifically. But if you are talking about step 1 specifically. In depth Endeavors into these subjects can be a black hole. You would have to put A LOT of time into this to really know it all and still the exam may get you on a random innervation or vasculature supply you did not cover in your studies. I think the Q Banks (world) cover this well in terms of specific anatomy the examiners test more heavily than others.

There is an osteopathic book with a table in the back with exactly what you're looking for including c-spine exiting levels for each ue muscle. It's called 'the green book', by dr savarese. Maybe torrent it, otherwise its on amazon. You could maybe get an older version.

Know the innervation for the major muscles. Knowing origin, insertion, and blood supply is going to lower your Step 1 score by filling your head with non-tested information.
