Ideally I'm looking for something with great review features that allows for import to an iPhone and sync features that update each other.

It would be helpful if the app had a feature that allowed to me to focus on more difficult things (i.e. the things that I am getting wrong)

I use flashcardlet. If you want to use multiple devices you just make the cards on their website, quizlet.com. You can also share flash cards if you make them public and best of all it's free with advertisements or .99 to get rid of the advertisements.

I have been using Mental Case on my iPad2 and MacBook and like it so far. Fellow students can share their notecard cases, so it is great for collaboration. I think it was $3-5.

I'll second Mental Case. It's not as flexible of a program as I would like, but the group behind it (FINALLY) sent Mental Case 2.0 off to the App Store Gods for approval recently (Or so they say...). It will have a great deal of improvements over the current version.

Checked out Mental Case.... AMAZING thank you!!
