Hello!

I have 1 bedroom with its own bathroom available in Chicago - California ave & Augusta ave - for ~$600/mth. Utilities included. It is part of a 2BR/2BA. It is a 2 story flat with the bottom floor 1/2 above ground-level. I will be living in the top floor and I am renting out the bottom floor. I am a 24 y/o male physical therapy student and will be in class M-F 8am-4pm and gone on weekends. I also have a very friendly and quiet medium-sized dog named Rocky that gets along with everyone!
