Hello, I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment or studio in Brooklyn near New York Methodist Hospital. I will be a resident there starting this upcoming June. I would like something close to commute back and forth to the hospital. I will need the apartment for only 1 year. Any available offers in the near by area would be greatly appreciated. We have a floor through apartment available on the top floor of our lovely brownstone in Bay Ridge Brooklyn - near Lutheran, Maimonides hospitals. The apartment is 5 rooms with parquet floors, 2 fireplaces (non-working but very pretty) and is very clean. Bay Ridge is one of the safest neighborhoods in Brooklyn and the apartment is on a lovely tree lined block 1/2 block from the "R" train and 1 block from the 3rd Avenue bus. $1450 per month. Restaurants/Supermarkets/laundry/pharmacy are just down the block.
