If you're a doctoral student at any of the following programs, could you PM me and tell me what your experience is, what the environment/community is like, what the department/students/faculty/cohorts are like, what practicums are common, what the funding is, etc.? I'm applying to these programs (plus others who I am more familiar with) and would like to get a good sense of what I'm facing...

University of North Texas - Counseling Psych Ph.D.
University of New Mexico - Clinical Psych Ph.D.
University of Texas (Austin) - Counseling Psych Ph.D.
New Mexico State University - Counseling Psych Ph.D.
University of Nevada (Las Vegas) - Clinical Psych Ph.D.
University of Nevada (Reno) - Clinical Psych Ph.D.
Pepperdine University - Clinical Psych Psy.D.
University of Louisville - Clinical Psych Ph.D.
Western Michigan University - Clinical Psych Ph.D.

Feel free to comment here, if you prefer. I'm open to reading comments from those who know about these programs, but who don't attend them personally, as well.

Thanks!

I have a friend at WMU. PM your email and I'll ask him to respond to you.
