Maimonides Medical Center has one 'potential' opening for PGY3 also on Findaresident.com there was one PGY3 listed in the midatlantic area in the summary of positions. I did not register as there were no PGY2 spots, so I do not know the programs name.

I know you checked the APA but the Drexel psych program PGY2 position is still opened as far as I know - did you contact them? But at this point you might have got a position.
