Looking for position on east coast

Currently completing fellowship on the east coast. Having difficulty finding a position post fellowship. Looking to stay close to a major east coast city. I have been talking to device reps but they haven’t been the most helpful so far. Any other tips to find positions that may not be advertised?

east coast is a big place. have you considered positions outside of exit 16W? i know the meadowlands are lovely this time of year
