Hello all,

Received my MCAT scores from May 18th that I'm not very happy with, however, I'm not as surprised because of relatively minimal preparation other than Ochem2 and Physics 2 final exams three days before the MCAT. I'm looking for some advice as to what next. Here is where I currently stand:

MCAT: (PS/VR/BS) Take 1 - (7/10/10, 27S). Take 2 - (7/7/10, 24)
cGPA: 3.38 sGPA: 3.10
Last 90 credit hours: 3.74 GPA overall and a 3.5 sGPA
Athletic Training major with 1,000+ hours of clinical experience and direct patient contact, plus other miscellaneous EC's with some research fund committe experience.

I have already applied this cycle, waiting on verification, and I've applied to (ATSU-Kirksville, AZCOM, CCOM, DMU, KCUMB, Lecom and Lecom-B, MSUCOM, NYIT, Nova, OUHCOM, OSUCOM, PCOM, UNECOM, TCOM, and Pikeville).

Now to my questions:

Is it worth attempting the MCAT one more time? Keep in mind I have relatively no time to prepare because of a sports medicine staff internship I accepted back in February.

Is it necessary/worth it to look at a postbac or SMP?

Any schools that should be added? (Illinois resident)

I appreciate any help and/or advice given, thank you.
