I'm looking to find some primary research studies and review articles. Up to this point I've been using www.pubmed.org and my school library site. I know there are other great search engines out there but I honestly can't remember the names. Can some give me some suggestions?
Thanks!

All you really need is PubMed.

If you're having trouble finding relevant papers, or getting really focused results, try using MeSH: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/

The NLM has an army of people who have read practically every paper on PubMed, and picked out keywords and "major topics" and indexed each paper they read accordingly. MeSH will search PubMed, but using these pre-indexed keywords. End result: only papers pertaining to your topic of interest.

Try your school's librarian!

They can help you get a good footing and teach you the in's and out's of Ovid, Medline, PubMed, etc. It's not difficult, but a quick 10 minute intro into how to use limits in PubMed, and what an "exploded" Ovid search is, can save you hours.

The best way to find good articles is by crawling through the references cited in review articles, as well as key and classic articles in the field you're interested in.
