Hey,
I interviewed at UDM on December 6th. The experience was very relaxed. Basically it starts off by a quick fitting of a white lab coat, and they ask you how you will want your name on it . They do this tog et you kind of excited and make you feel good. I thought that was nice. Then I met with my interviewer and we went up to her office. We talked there for about 45 mins I'd say. She asked no questions really. It was a complete conversation basically about whatever came up. She told me about herself, I asked her some questions, etc. She did the majority of the talking. So there's no formal questions like "why dentistry" or "why udm"...or at least I didn't haeve anything like that. After the convo, she gave me a tour and we talked some more and that completed the interview.
One thing though, and this is just my opinion, was that the coversation was clever. I found that though she did the majority of talking, I think she set up the topics at times to see what input I would add. For example, I found us on the topics of morals and ethics, and so I added to the coversation an ethical decision I had to make once. Just stuff like that, but nothing to formalized.
Anyways, hope this helps. Don't be nervous, it's a great experience.
