Hello all
I've read the posts regarding the LOR and being able to make a last minute substitution from one letter to another. However, what I'm unsure of is the following:
Do you need to assign 3/4 LORs to a program at the time of applying? Do the programs see the names assigned? Can you assign the letters at a later period?
