Is the LOR author visible to the residency programs before it is received and scanned in? I have designated 3 of my 4 LOR's at this point, but none of them are in yet, so I was wondering what the porgrams can see.
Good question, you may want to just call ERAS support on that one.
Have you already assigned LORs to the various programs? I wouldn't think they would be able to see anything unless it was actually "uploaded" to their program, and that wouldn't happen until your letter was received from the writer.
