I have submitted 4 Letter of Recommendations including 2 science professors, 1 dentist, and 1 from a spiritual leader (requested by Loma Linda)

I just received UNLV's supplemental and they are now requiring a FOURTH letter of recommendation from another dentist, professor, or employer. (I was unaware of this, I thought they only required 2 from a science and 1 from a dentist)

Can I use my spiritual leader's LOR for UNLV? Will UNLV automatically think I am not interested in their program because my LOR is for Loma Linda?

I wouldn't have put your spiritual letter on AADSAS because LLU is the only school that requires that, and because they require that, they have a separate spot on their supplemental app just for that letter.

They already know you have your spiritual letter on AADSAS (because every school you apply to gets all of your uploaded letters, you don't get to pick and choose which goes where), and it looks like they're not accepting it and thus they're asking for another letter.

Anyway, what's done is done, and I would go back and double check their requirements. If they do need another letter, you'd have to find someone asap and your letter writer will have to send that letter in on its own to UNLV. This might be the case for your other schools as well, so double check those and get on it quick, otherwise your chances at those schools will be thrown out the window as they wouldn't consider your application complete.
