I need to send LORs from a dentist to each school, and I am applying to 10 schools.

I heard that there is no specific form I should use, and there is no way to send them electronically to each schools directly.

Do I need to prepare 10 envelops + 10 LORs + 10 cover pages? I am not sure how a dentist will feel about preparing for 10 LORs.

Which information should be included on the cover page?
I need to tell a dentist to send them after each school receives AADSAS applications, right?

Because I am already sending 1 Committee letter and 1 optional LOR from a professor to AADSAS. They won't accept more LORs.

Your dentist might be upset, if you just let him pay for sending those to each school. 🙂 I think you don't need a cover page...

Just tell him/her to send your LOR as soon as possible BEFORE the deadline-

i think as long as you're respectful of his/her schedule, and make it clear that it can be submitted at their earliest convenience, it shouldn't be a problem. Also, have pre-addressed envelopes, with stamps for each school, and let him/her know that all they need to do is put the letters in and ship it. It's not like they'll be drafting different letters for each school anyway!

Thanks guys. What I meant by cover page is including information that is necessary for schools to recognize that it belongs to me. Which information should I include on the cover page? I just want to make sure.
