i've already received two non-med-school lors from one professor. i'd say we have a good professional relationship, which is why i think she probably would write another one. but i don't want to overstep my bounds and tax her more than appropriate. are there etiquette guidelines about how many lors a professor should write for one student? or at least, is it not too unusual to ask three unrealted lors from one professor over two years?

chances are that your professor has your letter stored on his/her computer and would just need to chance a few things around to make it a "medical-school" LOR. so i say go for it

i got like 6 from some professors. no one ever complained.
